We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager to oversee treasury activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Developing, maintaining, and enforcing treasury policies, procedures, and related internal controls Advising leadership on regulatory compliance matters impacting treasury activities across jurisdictions Aligning treasury compliance activities with group-wide strategies and standards Assessing compliance with key treasury regulations, including EMIR, CRR, liquidity requirements, SFTR, securitisation rules, and large exposures Ensuring readiness for regulatory reviews, and supporting annual safeguarding audit processes Partnering with Risk, Legal, and Finance teams to embed compliance considerations and controls into treasury products, funding, and hedging derivatives activity Acting as the first point of contact for regulatory compliance queries within Treasury, providing proactive guidance to ensure alignment with EU and UK regulations 5+ years of compliance experience in treasury, liquidity, or financial risk management, either within a
