Business Compliance Managers support the business with developing and releasing cutting-edge features for millions of Revolut customers. We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager who’ll support and advise our product teams on compliance requirements and related controls within the first line of defence. Providing compliance domain expertise to 1LoD and offering solutions to compliance problem statements Acting as an effective stakeholder between 1LoD and 2LoD compliance teams Identifying potential compliance risks in our retail offerings Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deploy cutting-edge compliance policies that meet legal requirements and drive business growth Empowering product teams with the knowledge and tools they need, making compliance a seamless part of the innovation process A minimum of 8 years’ experience in regulatory compliance An excellent understanding of how compliance risk and business risk interact Highly adaptable skills to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
