About the role Business Compliance Managers support the business with developing and releasing cutting‑edge features for millions of Revolut customers. We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager who’ll support and advise our product teams on compliance requirements and related controls within the first line of defence. Let’s get in touch What you’ll be doing Providing compliance domain expertise to 1LoD and offering solutions to compliance problem statements Acting as an effective stakeholder between 1LoD and 2LoD compliance teams Steering retail products through the complex regulatory landscape Ensuring every product launch is smooth, compliant, and ahead of the curve Identifying potential compliance risks in our retail offerings Creating innovative strategies to stay one step ahead of regulatory challenges Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to design and deploy cutting‑edge compliance policies that meet legal requirements and drive business growth Empowering product teams with the knowledge and tools they need, making compliance a seamless part of the innovation process Serving as the go‑to expert and liaison with regulatory bodies, ensuring our products shine in audits What you’ll need A minimum of 8 years’ experience in regulatory compliance Experience in a top‑tier
