**About the role**

The Compliance team supports the business with developing and releasing cutting-edge features for millions of customers around the world.

We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager who’ll support and advise our product teams, and departments heads on compliance requirements and related controls within the first line of defence. Be warned, this is a very hands-on role.

**What you'll be doing**
- Providing compliance domain expertise to 1LoD and offering solutions to compliance problem statements
- Acting as an effective stakeholder between 1LoD and 2LoD compliance teams
- Steering retail products through the complex regulatory landscape
- Ensuring every product launch is smooth, compliant, and ahead of the curve
- Identifying potential compliance risks in our retail offerings
- Creating innovative strategies to stay one step ahead of regulatory challenges
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deploy compliance policies
- Ensuring alignment with legal requirements and supporting business growth
- Empowering product teams with the knowledge and tools to embed compliance
- Making compliance a seamless part of the innovation process
- Serving as the primary compliance liaison with regulatory bodies
- Ensuring audit readiness and regulatory alignment for all products

**What you'll need**
- 5+ years experience in regulatory compliance
- _ A background in a top-tier bank, strategy consultancy, or fast-growing technology company_
- An excellent understanding of how compliance risk and business risk interact
- The adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines

**Nice to have**
- A STEM or other highly quantitative degree from a top-tier university

**Compensation range**
- Vilnius: €3,600 - €5,400 gross monthly*
- Lithuania: €3,600 - €5,400 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
