We are currently seeking a Fixed-term Client Advisor from May to October who will report to the Store Manager as part of our dynamic team in Ibiza. Collect and update customer information to ensure an efficient use of CRM and Client Book Cultivate customer relationships Deliver excellence in customer service in alignment with the company standards Represents Bottega Veneta Brand image Is knowledgeable and curious to discover something new on several topics (art, photography, cultural events…) Has an informal, genuine and conversational approach Creates an engaging and emotional client experience offering the best-in-class service, in line with Bottega Veneta Client Journey Has a positive approach, contributes to teamwork, adapts to different personalities, seeks support from and provides support to colleagues Excellent customer and service attitude and high flexibility to adapt to several types of customers Commercial results orientation Embraces the Brand and openly expresses being mindful of brand aesthetic and vision Pays attention to details and strives to meet quality luxury standards Has a learning attitude, is personally committed to continuously improving performance Fluent in Spanish and English This is a fabulous opportunity to join the Kering adventure and to actively contribute to the development of the business by becoming part of a global Luxury Group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.
