OKU Hotels is headquartered in London, with current properties operating in Ibiza and Kos, and a confirmed pipeline of hotels set to open in Turkey, Spain, and the Maldives. OKU is targeting to own and/or operate a collection of over ten exquisite properties in new and captivating destinations worldwide over the next five years.

**RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE**
- Provide exceptional room service, ensuring a private and delightful dining experience for guests.
- Take food and drink orders via phone or in person, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and assemble room service trays and trolleys with attention to detail, following OKU standards.
- Deliver orders to guest rooms promptly and discreetly, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Attend to guest requests during room service, offering additional assistance and answering questions.
- Retrieve room service trays and trolleys from guest rooms, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and dining room team to ensure smooth and efficient room service.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and process guest payments.

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Passion for hospitality and customer service, representing the OKU philosophy in your professional environment.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Room Service Waiter in high-end establishments, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a people-first mindset.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).

- Excellent organizational and time management skills in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work under pressure and in stressful situations.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and within a team.

**TECHNICAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Knowledge of gastronomy and enology.
- Experience in service techniques and etiquette protocols in room service.
