We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Bartender to join the IT family in our restaurant IT Ibiza.
The main responsibilities of this role include:
Take responsibility for the smooth running of the bar while in service, working as a team player at all times and be flexible in order to ensure that operations are always as efficient and profitable as possible. Supporting the management team In order that they’re able to meet the sales targets set for the restaurant.
- Opening/closing of the bar by following the correct check-lists
- Ensure the bar and the fridges are suffeciently stocked and ready before and after each service
- Ensure all movement of stock Is accounted for
- Receive, check and organise deliveries
- Organise and maintain Bar Mis-en-Place for opening and during service
- Monitor and organise all cocktail prep
- Ensure a memorable customer experience by a prompt,polite and attentive service
- Maintain a high profile during service whilst being polite and helpful towards the guests and co-workers
- Promote and establish a regular customer base, remember their likes and dislikes
- Smile and maintain eye contact with customers
- Provide prompt, unobtrusive, attentive service
- Encourage a helpful and flexible attitude towards other departments
- Attend trainings
- Full knowledge of Cocktail & Drinks spec and allergens
- Control and minimize breakage and wastage
- Help the management team with any administrative requests
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance, always wearing the full, correct, clean, uniform
To comply with all company policies and standards which are fundamental in maintaining effective performance, communication and good business reputation.
To comply with all Food Hygiene and Fire, Health & Safety regulations, attending any training as required by the Company and adhering to all company policies and legislative requirements
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: 1,800.00€ per month
