Engage guests with thoughtful, personalised drink recommendations Oversee bar operations with confidence, ensuring seamless service throughout each shift Lead and develop a high-performing bar team through training, mentoring, and daily coaching Manage stock and ordering with accuracy to support smooth, uninterrupted service Share menu updates and ensure every cocktail is executed with refined technique Maintain an immaculate, organised bar aligned to Zuma's global standards What You Bring We're looking for someone who pairs technical excellence with genuine warmth.
