Como Customer Experience Manager te centrarás en el soporte al desarrollo e implementación de iniciativas para la mejora de nuestro servicio al cliente, a fin de crear experiencias que fomenten su lealtad y satisfacción.

En este rol, serás responsable de:

  • Definir e implementar la metodología de Customer Experience .
  • Identificar y llevar a cabo mejoras en el servicio de las distintas ramas comerciales.
  • Supervisar la ejecución de la encuesta de NPS en los países bajo tu scope.
  • Actuar como enlace entre el departamento de Aftersales de Corporate y los países.
  • Liderar la estrategia de digitalización como palanca clave para mejorar el servicio a nuestros clientes.

¿Qué esperamos de ti?

  • Que cuentes con una Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas , Marketing o Comunicación y formación adicional o Master en Customer Experience Management.
  • Que tengas conocimientos sobre herramientas de análisis de datos y métricas de satisfacción del cliente.
  • Que aportes experiencia en roles de atención al cliente y/o consultoría de procesos de servicios.
  • Que muestres capacidad analítica para interpretar datos y métricas de satisfacción.
  • Que seas una persona con excelentes dotes de comunicación e interpersonales .
  • Que cuentes con la habilidad de liderar equipos y trabajar de forma transversal con otros departamentos.
  • Que puedas comunicarte en español e inglés de forma fluida.
