As part of our Talent and Academy team, you’ll work alongside the Global Talent Operations Lead and collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to deliver impactful talent management initiatives. If you're a strategic thinker with a knack for project management and a drive for continuous improvement, this is the perfect opportunity to make a meaningful impact

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Talent Initiatives:

  • Support talent management projects that drive process improvements, enhance efficiency, and elevate employee experiences.
  • Collaborate on defining project scope, timelines, and goals while ensuring smooth communication with all stakeholders.
  • Craft insightful reports and presentations that influence leadership decisions.
  • Design and facilitate workshops and training programs to empower HRBPs with essential knowledge on talent strategies.

Global Onboarding:

  • Own the global onboarding process, ensuring a seamless, engaging experience for new hires that aligns with our company’s culture and values.
  • Harmonize regional onboarding efforts to create a consistent, positive experience worldwide.

Performance Management:

  • Partner with managers and employees to drive an effective performance management process, ensuring goals are continuously developed and tracked.
  • Provide tools, resources, and guidance to enhance the performance review process.

Career Pathing & Employee Engagement:

  • Develop and implement clear career paths, empowering employees to see their growth potential.
  • Support the planning, execution, and analysis of the Employee Engagement Survey, ensuring meaningful actions are taken based on results.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in talent management or HR roles with a global scope.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data for strategy development.
  • Proficiency in Workday HCM and its Talent Module preferred, with experience in other talent management systems as a plus.
  • Your spoken English & Spanish skills are fluent.
