Talent Acquisition Specialist – Madrid, MadridEurovision Services is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Madrid, Spain.ABOUT THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENTThe mission of the People Culture and Communication department is to create an environment that motivates a diverse workforce through a continuous program of learning and talent strategies, by implementing relevant and consistent HR processes, and by providing a stimulating and collaborative working environment.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITIONThe Talent Acquisition Specialist acts as an internal recruiter to provide HR consultative service to the team. She/He manages the end-to-end recruitment process.As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:Partner with the Hiring Managers and Directors of the company to understand our organizational needs and jointly support hiring objectives and company growth.Be the main point of contact for all internal needs and be an expert in Talent Acquisition.Upskill the business where necessary on interview processes and best practices.Lead and support on ongoing strategy to find specialists, leaders, and future hires for the business.Proactively attract, assess, and secure high-calibre candidates (from graduate up to experienced hires).Partner with external recruitment agencies.Be the key point of contact for internal stakeholders, candidates, and new hires.Assist with corporate communication (employer branding in social media and internal communication).YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's or master’s degree in human resources management, business management or relevant disciplines.Between 3-5 years of TA experience, preferably with prior in-house experience.Experience in sourcing tech profiles.Experience in full cycle recruitment or leading high volume recruitment activity.Excellent people management and analytical skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Good command of written and spoken English.Savvy in web 2.0 sourcing tools (LinkedIn recruiter, Glassdoor, GitHub…).Ninja sourcer.Please submit your application in English.OUR OFFERBe part of an outstanding multi-cultural and international team.Enjoy our technology hub, designed to foster a culture of sharing, openness and creativity.Flexibility in terms of working hours.BENEFITS AND PERKSCompetitive salary and benefits.28 working days of vacation for all employees.A flexible 40-hour working week for work-life balance.Ticket restaurant card.Choose your own laptop backpack.A multi-cultural environment, made up of a dynamic and international team.
