What you'll build and who you'll work with AI support platform : Intelligent systems that help our support team resolve member queries faster and more accurately than ever before Automation engine : Smart workflows that handle routine tasks, letting our team focus on complex member needs and relationship building Next-Gen member experience : We\'re building sophisticated AI tools that anticipate member needs and provide proactive healthcare guidance Role You\'ll lead 6-15 engineers across multiple crews, working closely with product managers, support operations, and data scientists. You\'re the bridge between cutting-edge AI technology and real member impact.
