¿Qué hace un/a Engineering Manager?
En el mundo de la ingeniería aeronáutica, hay roles que combinan la experiência técnica con el desarrollo de liderazgo. Uno de ellos es el de responsable de equipo en estructuras del avión, una posición ideal para quienes están dando sus primeros pasos en la gestión de personas y proyectos.
¿Qué implica este rol?
Quien ocupa esta posición lidera un equipo pequeño, enfocado en el diseño y análisis de componentes estructurales del avión. Además de contribuir técnicamente, acompaña a su equipo en el día a día, asignando tareas, guiando en decisiones técnicas y facilitando la colaboración con otras áreas.
Responsabilidades clave:
Validar planos, modelos e informes técnicos.
Coordinar tareas, dar soporte técnico y fomentar el desarrollo del equipo.
Participar en la planificación de proyectos, evaluaciones de riesgo y revisiones de diseño.
Proponer mejoras en procesos y herramientas de trabajo.
¿Qué perfil suele tener?
Formación en ingeniería aeronáutica, mecánica o estructural.
Experiência técnica de entre 3 a 6 años.
Interés por crecer en liderazgo, gestión de proyectos y mejora continua.
