RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES:

Desarrollar en el laboratorio nuevas soluciones o aplicaciones:

o Formulaciones y reformulaciones
o Laboratorio de aplicaciones para clientes y representadas
o Desarrollar pruebas/test junto con las Representadas
o Evaluar el rendimiento y conocer la funcionalidad del portafolio de las representadas
o Ensayos para adaptar/construir/desarrollar formulas con nuestras materias primas
o Desarrollo prototipos para promociones comerciales y de marketing

Coordinar con el GPM y los Jefe de Industria para las necesidades específicas de apoyo técnico sobre los productos a clientes y al equipo comercial.
Trabajar juntamente con los departamentos técnicos de nuestras Representadas para profundizar en el conocimiento de sus gamas.
Atender consultas técnicas específicas de Clientes, acompañando si fuese necesario al Comercial de la cuenta.
Realizar hojas de aplicación de los desarrollos trabajados para poder presentar al mercado.
Apoyar al equipo comercial en los Seminarios Técnicos que se organicen.
Elaborar toda la documentación básica, etiquetas, fichas técnicas, hojas de análisis, pruebas, tests,… necesaria para las soluciones desarrolladas internamente (prototipos).
Gestionar óptimamente el laboratorio en cuanto a contenido, disposición, limpieza, orden, instrumental (incluye revisión y compra de material de laboratorio, elaboración de procedimientos y registro de los equipos, calibración interna de algunos equipos…), control de stocks.
Responsable del mantenimiento de la limpieza de las instalaciones y equipos en línea con el procedimiento de la compañía sobre buenas prácticas de manipulación y almacenamiento de materias primas y producto acabado en alimentación, facilitado por el área Regulatory, Calidad y Compliance.
Conocer la legislación vigente en todo lo relativo a los ingredientes y aditivos para su uso en la industria alimentaria y la reglamentación técnico-sanitaria de cada uno de los productos acabados donde se aplique.
Asistir a formaciones técnicas con representadas, en nuestro laboratorio (gestionar visita), vía webinars o en sus instalaciones.
Colaborar con los laboratorios a nivel Europa y global de Grupo Caldic.

About you
Formación Académica:

Grado formativo superior en ciencias culinarias o gastronómicas, alimentación, Ingeniería en químicas, o grados formativos superiores similares.

Formación específica:

Deseable Formación en Alérgenos
Deseable Formación GMP’s y en Limpieza y Desinfección

Conocimientos específicos:

Legislación productos químicos
Formulación de productos alimentación a nivel industrial y a nivel laboratorio
Buenas prácticas de distribución

Idiomas:

Inglés: B2

Informática:

Imprescindible MS Office nivel avanzado. Valorable experiencia en uso de CRM o sistemas de gestión similares Microsoft Dynamics

Experiencia Profesional:

4 - 10 años en puesto similar
