We support each other, challenge each other, and have fun along the way.What You'll Do Be the first point of contact for our American customers via phone, email, and chat. Guide customers to the right product or service by proactively offering advice and solutions. Deliver service with a smile and live our core value: Think Like a Customer . Keep reading Job requirements What We're Looking For Fluent English speaker (native or near-native) Experience in Customer Service or a people-facing role is a big plus. Passionate about problem-solving, communication, and customer happiness. You enjoy structure but thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment. A great team player who's always ready to support others. You are looking for a position that is full-time and later hours (from 3pm to 11:30pm or from 6:30 pm to 02:00 am) Already in Valencia or willing to relocate soon.
