Have A Nice Job, cabinet de conseil en recrutement et mobilité professionnelle recrute pour son client, un/une Market Analyst (H/F) à Monaco.
Votre rôle sera de travailler avec des données très diverses – qualitatives/quantitatives (pipelines de l'entreprise, données de marché, données de ventes, bases de prix) pour accompagner, conseiller et approvisionner les services Marketing, Ventes et Business Development.
De plus, vous contribuerez à la mise en place d’un système de veille concurrentielle efficace pour anticiper tout événement pouvant impacter les activités de notre entreprise.
Enfin, vous superviserez les projets de recherche ad hoc sur le marché primaire (PMR) initiés par l'équipe marketing mondiale.
Analyse de marché
- Extraire des données des bases de données internes disponibles pour décrire les tendances du marché et le paysage concurrentiel afin de soutenir les tâches de prévision avec d'autres membres d'ICI.
- Combiner des informations quantitatives et qualitatives provenant de sources multiples pour analyser et anticiper les tendances, les opportunités et les changements du marché (liés au périmètre : produits/géographies).
- Comprendre l'information internationale et être capable de l'analyser en tenant compte des différences culturelles.
- Collaborer avec les directeurs des filiales en fournissant des analyses et des informations pour soutenir une prise de décision efficace. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le département BD pour l'évaluation préliminaire des opportunités commerciales.
- Maintenir et, si nécessaire, améliorer les rapports mis en place pour suivre les ventes du groupe ainsi que celles des principaux concurrents.
Veille concurrentielle
- Contribuer à la mise en place d'une veille concurrentielle efficace et pertinente pour tous les départements (clinique, marketing, commercial, formulations). Transformer ces informations en recommandations actionnables pour booster les ventes du groupe et anticiper l'impact des nouvelles technologies ou des concurrents.
- Animer le réseau de veille concurrentielle mondial-local et fournir un soutien proactif, en collaboration avec les responsables marketing, pour mettre en œuvre et suivre la stratégie de marché à l'échelle de l'entreprise.
Etude de marché primaire (PMR)
- Réaliser des études ponctuelles sur le marché, les clients, les concurrents et les prix liés à un portefeuille de produits pour anticiper les impacts à court et à long terme.
- Développer, contester et modifier les questionnaires. Assistez à des entretiens. Remplir le rapport avec le fournisseur. Développer un savoir-faire pour l'entreprise sur les meilleures pratiques pour mener des études de marché primaires.
- Gérer le processus d'approbation interne, y compris le respect des frais et les dispositions PV, ainsi que le suivi du budget.
Exigences du poste :
- Diplôme d'études supérieures (BAC+5) Un niveau Master ou diplôme d'ingénieur en biologie est indispensable avec une composante Marketing/Data Intelligence
- 1ère expérience (stage de fin d'études possible)
- Solides connaissances en marketing.
- Excellence dans l'utilisation d'Excel.
- La maîtrise de l'anglais est requise. Le français est un plus.
- Un sens aigu du service pour optimiser et améliorer la satisfaction des clients internes.
- Curiosité pour suivre les nouvelles tendances et découvrir de nouveaux outils.
- Intérêt pour les données numériques et les chiffres en raison des grands volumes de données.
- Attitude proactive et capacité à faire des suggestions.
- Compétences d'écoute active pour recueillir avec précision les informations et les besoins.
- Très bonnes compétences en communication et esprit analytique.
- Capable de s'installer dans les Alpes-Maritimes.
