At Hesperia World, we are looking for a Labor Relations Manager based in Barcelona with solid experience in personnel administration and labor relations to provide direct support to the HR Department and take part in key projects for the development of the area. What will be the main duties? Labor relations management: communication with legal representatives, monitoring of collective agreements, basic negotiation. Coordination, centralization, and liaison with the labor law firm. Coordination and monitoring with the external prevention service: health surveillance, prevention plans, mandatory training, legal documentation. Management and monitoring of labor inspections, internal audits, and regulatory compliance. Coordination and monitoring of actions related to the Equality Plan. Annual report and statement. Drafting of legal communications, labor documentation, and protocols. What are we looking for? University degree in Labor Relations, Law, HR, or similar. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position. In-depth knowledge of labor legislation, occupational risk prevention, and legal documentation. Good command of office tools.
