Sales Operations AnalystMadridWe have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Performance team as a Sales Operations Analyst, based in our Madrid Office on a 12-month fixed term basis, with the opportunity to become permanent.The Moove Group is already a leading provider of automotive and industrial lubricants, oils, and chemicals throughout the UK, Europe, the Americas and growing fast. Under the Brazilian owned Cosan Group, the organisation is a Global provider of Energy and Logistics.Our Sales Operations Analyst will play a key role in enabling sales performance through data, insight and strong operational processes across our European countries organisation.As our Sales Operations Analyst you will be supporting our Sales teams by managing non-selling activities such as pipeline management, planning and forecasting, internal and external data analysis and sales governance. Your work will directly improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making—allowing our Sales teams to focus on what they do best: closing deals and growing customer relationships.What you’ll be responsible for:Your responsibilities will include, but won’t be limited to:Planning & ForecastingCoordinate monthly sales forecast reviews to support the S&OP processShare insights on monthly performance and forecasts with senior leadersBuild annual volume and margin plans by customer and productSales Performance AnalysisAnalyse historical sales data to identify trends and opportunitiesAssess pipeline performance and its impact on sales resultsConduct customer margin analysisCustomer Retention and RecoverySupport Sales teams in recovering lost customers by providing visibility on customer performanceIdentify trends to mitigate losses and follow up on recovery opportunities within the pipelinePipeline Management & GovernancePromote a strong pipeline culture across the Sales organisationDevelop pipeline training materialsSupport governance, KPIs, reporting, and continuous pipeline improvement initiativesSales Governance & KPIsPrepare materials for sales meetings and governance forumsSupport the definition, tracking, and communication of annual Sales KPIsSupplier & Stakeholder GovernanceCoordinate supplier governance meetingsPrepare materials for key deliverables across the yearReportingDeliver ad-hoc and regular reporting for internal and external stakeholdersWhat we’re looking for>LanguagesFluent in English to be able to make strong relationships with all teams in Europe and carry out most of the tasks in this languageFluent in SpanishExperienceAt least 3 years’ experience in Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or FP&AExperience working with CRM systems such as SalesforceExperience working with BI tools, preferably Power BITechnical & Behaviours SkillsStrong strategic and analytical mindsetAdvanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skillsConfident in extracting, cleaning, and processing complex datasetsTeamworkSelf-starterAble to handle pressureGood Communication skillsProactive and will drive things forwardContinuous improvement mindsetAdaptability to changeDesirable (but not essential)Power BI expert levelFluent FrenchIn return for joining the team, Moove are able to provide:Competitive SalaryAnnual BonusHybrid workingMeal tickets23 Days HolidaySupporting Documents#J-18808-Ljbffr
