Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Sales Operations team in Madrid . This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly detail-oriented, interested in business operations, and eager to learn how sales processes work end-to-end.The primary responsibility of this role is the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of quotes and sales orders in NetSuite ERP , ensuring high data quality and compliance across systems. The role plays a critical part in supporting Sales, Finance, and Operations by maintaining reliable transactional data used for reporting, audits, and project execution.Over time, this position offers the opportunity to grow into process improvement, reporting, and operational optimization initiatives .Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, review, and maintain quotes and sales orders in NetSuite ERPEnsure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across sales transactionsSupport the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process, including order lifecycle managementPerform ongoing data hygiene and system maintenance to support audits and cross-functional reportingCollaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and other internal teams to resolve order-related issuesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and internal sales processesSupport intercompany transactions and operational workflowsAssist with basic reporting and data analysis using ERP/CRM and ExcelIdentify opportunities for process improvements as experience growsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Operations, Finance or related field1-3 years of experienceFluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables required; charts and formulas preferred)Strong attention to detail and accuracyInterest in operations, systems, and internal business processesComfortable working with transactional data and repetitive daily tasksAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong organizational and time-management skillsStrong communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExposure to NetSuite ERP (preferred but not required)Basic understanding of Quote-to-Cash processesFamiliarity with GAAP, SOX compliance, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) conceptsInternship or early career experience in Sales Operations, Finance Operations, or Business OperationsInterest in data analysis and reporting tools (BI experience a plus, not required)Training & DevelopmentThe new hire will receive structured training and work under close supervision from the local Sales Operations team in Madrid during the first 2–3 monthsFunctional oversight and career development will be provided by the Director of Sales OperationsOngoing learning in NetSuite, Quote-to-Cash processes, and Sales Operations best practicesOpportunity to gradually take on more responsibility in process optimization and reportingWe are NextpowerAt Nextpower, we are driving the global energy transition with an integrated clean energy technology platform that combines intelligent structural, electrical, and digital solutions for utility-scale power plants.
