Role Overview We are hiring a Danish-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a pure B2B sales role focused on lead qualification, prospecting, and pipeline development within cloud solutions environments. This role is ideal for professionals who want to grow in B2B tech sales, working in a performance-driven, structured commercial environment. Key Responsibilities Qualify and prospect B2B leads Act as first point of contact for potential clients Build and manage a strong sales pipeline Identify business opportunities Support revenue growth through outbound and inbound activities Collaborate with internal sales and solution teams Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline data Candidate Profile Fluent Danish + English Minimum 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, IT sales, or customer management roles Strong communication and persuasion skills Sales-driven mindset Comfortable working with targets and KPIs Background in tech industry is preferred Experience in lead generation, prospecting, or SDR roles is an advantage Salary & Benefits Base salary: €25,000 gross/year Bonus: up to €8,000 gross/year Private medical insurance Full paid training Career development programs Long-term career growth opportunity Relocation Support Relocation support available for candidates outside Spain Legal Requirements Candidates must hold EU ID or Spanish Residence Card .
