What are we looking for?

We are looking for a skilled and strategic Campaign Strategy & Success Manager  with a deep understanding of the gaming content creator industry.

As a Campaign Strategy & Success Manager at Lurkit, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping our clients achieve their goals with impactful paid campaigns. Working closely with our Sales team, you’ll craft strategic campaign plans, deliver compelling presentations, and help secure deals that bring some of the industry's best games to their audiences. You’ll also be hands-on in executing campaigns, providing direct support to clients throughout the process to ensure their success.

Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with clients to design creative concepts, guiding them through campaign execution, and adapting strategies to meet their unique needs. You’ll need a strong grasp of platform dynamics - understanding which types of content perform best on different channels, and how different formats can impact audience engagement and conversion. A deep knowledge of the gaming content creation space is essential, along with the ability to translate client goals into effective campaigns.

Working at Lurkit, you will

  • Master the platform: become the go-to expert for all “how-to” questions about paid campaigns.
  • Drive client success: offer tailored support to clients.
  • Craft strategic presentations: develop and deliver compelling presentations to clients, outlining strategic recommendations to achieve their campaign goals.
  • Support sales efforts: assist the Sales team by preparing campaign strategies and concepts, participating in client meetings, and demonstrating the platform’s potential.
  • Collaborate on paid campaigns: work closely with Key Account Managers to ensure paid campaigns deliver the desired results.
  • Plan and execute campaigns: develop detailed strategies for campaign execution, ensuring smooth collaboration between clients and our network of influencer/content creator agencies.
  • Leverage Lurkit's technology to prospect and identify relevant creators

Key Qualifications

Hard skills:

  • Deep knowledge of gaming and the content creator industry.
  • Experience with communication channels like Discord and Slack.
  • Fluent in English.

Soft skills:

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A problem-solving mindset.
  • Creative thought process.
  • Excellent team-working skills.
  • Great at multitasking.
  • Be a part of creating structure.

Merits:

  • Previous experience with influencer marketing/campaign management is strongly meritorious
  • Proficient in other languages that are big within content creation (Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, etc).
  • Previous experience at a SaaS company, especially in gaming.
  • Passion for all things gaming.
  • Experience in game development or publishing.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot.
