Using blockchain technology, its platform covers cryptocurrencies, tokenized securities, tokenized assets (such as NFTs), digital currencies, and stable coins.We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals to support our fast global growth.TasksProactively prospect and execute deals to grow South EuropeManage the existing client base to ensure high satisfaction and renewal rates among existing customersDevelop a business plan, deliver on sales targets and maintain all sales interaction and pipeline via the Taurus CRM. This includes:Source and co-ordinate RFI/RFPs with prospects and with the internal Taurus teamUpdate and maintain Taurus sales material used for pitches, presentations and meetingsPrepare, manage and follow up sales meetings and demonstrationsNegotiate the closing of new client deals and upsellsInternal coordination with Product teams and Partners including sales handover, product gap feedbackRepresent Taurus at third-party events and conferences and generate leads.Support Taurus build partnerships with institutions within the space (consultants, tech providers etc) and monitor the competitor landscapeManage and contribute to marketing, PR and external communicationRequirementsAt least 10 years of working experience in sales within institutional financial technology sales and/or a high-growth fintech start-up is an advantageStrong interest in proactive commercial engagement, building a business and developing technology in line with fast market developmentInterest in digital assets, cryptocurrencies and/or financial market digitizationFluent in English, Italian and/or SpanishTravel in Europe requiredBenefitsAn opportunity to work at the intersection of digital assets and financeA skilled and experienced team, including world-renowned expertsA fast-paced learning environment, entrepreneurial spirit and team spiritA great moment to join as the company grows and expandsState-of-the-art technology and IT infrastructureHybrid remote work and flexible working hoursFun team eventsAs the company evolves in a dynamic and innovative environment, its DNA is based on merit.
