Dutch-speaking Business Development Representative for Barcelona officeLocation: Barcelona, Spain (hybrid role)Employment type: contractRenumeration: base salary + performance bonus.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDrive new business by identifying high-potential prospects and achieving quarterly SQO targetsExecute outbound calls and emails to engage decision-makers, understand needs, and present tailored cloud solutionsEducate clients on available technologies and align solutions with their business goalsMaintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams to maximize conversion rates and overall pipeline performance.RequirementsBachelors degree or equivalent practical experienceNative/fluent level of Dutch and strong English communication skills both verbal and writtenPrevious experience in outbound or B2B sales, ideally within IT or cloud solutionsUnderstanding of cloud computing and consultative sales principlesProactive, target-driven, and comfortable working in a phone-based environmentExcellent interpersonal and organizational skills.BenefitsCompetitive renumeration packageFull-time hybrid role (39 hours/week) based in BarcelonaRelocation package including flight ticket and accommodation during the 1st month of employmentContinuous training and development opportunitiesAnd many more#J-18808-Ljbffr
