We're looking for a People Partner (Employee Experience) to ensure that our people are operating at their best in a well-structured, high-performance environment. You'll drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within Revolut. About The Role You will: Create the DEI roadmap and design related programmes Implement and manage DEI programmes Develop and improve mechanisms to drive DEI initiatives Lead DEI projects and programmes from initiation through execution Collaborate with cross-functional partners and stakeholders on DEI initiatives Identify external trends and best practices to increase workforce diversity Build relationships with senior leaders to ensure engagement in DEI initiatives Support the integration of DEI into business processes Keep up to date on research and developments in the DEI field Act as a point of expertise for colleagues and leaders on DEI topics Review workplace policies, training, and procedures to ensure inclusivity What You'll Need Business experience driving diversity and inclusion change management Proven expertise as a diversity, equity, and inclusion subject matter expert Experience building successful relationships, advising business leaders, and engaging cross-functional stakeholders Experience developing key success measures that drive impact Experience in designing diversity-related content and facilitation programmes A genuine interest in supporting and enabling others The ability to explain complex things simply and concisely The ability to connect details with their impact on the bigger picture Nice to have Knowledge of global DEI legislation and compliance requirements Building a global financial super app isn’t enough.
