Business Development Manager – Aerospace & Defence Spain, Madrid) | EU Relocation Supported Competitive Salary & commission structure A leading aerospace and defence organisation is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support growth across European defence and government markets. This is a senior, commercially focused role working closely with military and industry stakeholders on advanced programmes. The Role Drive new business across Aerospace & Defence markets Develop and manage relationships with government, military, and defence partners Support bids, tenders, and long-term strategic programmes Represent the organisation at industry events and customer meetings Candidate Profile 5–8 years' experience in Sales / Business Development within Aerospace & Defence Military background essential Fluent Spanish required (professional working level)Strong understanding of defence procurement environments Proven ability to develop or win defence business Confident engaging with senior stakeholders Location & Package Role based in Spain (Madrid main hub)Open to candidates across the EU Relocation assistance and funding available Competitive annual leave allowance
