Our goal is to strengthen the brand in Spain. We are looking for an expert to work as IT Integrator Promote an agile team environment by encouraging swift, adaptive actions that prioritize continuous customer-centricity. Oversee (E2E) IT projects and change initiatives and according to the scope often overarch different ING entities, Tribes and Domains, from planning to implementation. Facilitate the delivery of features together with the Squads, POs and Architects. Align on epics, roadmap, dependencies, budget and making sure epics are translated into features and stories. Coordinate and connect different IT systems so they can share data and function as a unified system. As ITI it is important to have the helicopter view of the IT landscape. Monitor the ongoing implementation and take appropriate action on issues (report and if needed escalate) when these potentially impact the overall delivery. Contribute to stakeholder engagement through identifying stakeholders, finding out their needs/issues/concerns and reacting to these by arranging meetings and events and drafting supporting materials (project governance) to promote understanding and commitment and provide a status on the ongoing change initiatives.
