Their solutions support complex monetization models, live-ops, digital goods, subscriptions, and global distribution across PC and mobile platforms.The RoleThe Publishing Producer - Monetization is a strategic, data-driven role within the Monetization team. The mission of the role is to accelerate revenue growth by identifying monetization opportunities, validating product hypotheses, and translating insights into scalable product and go-to-market initiatives.You will work at the intersection of product, analytics and publishing – partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Business Development and Customer Success teams. This role combines experimentation, data analysis, customer research and partner-facing communication.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Discovery & ExperimentationFormulate and validate monetization hypotheses aligned with product and business goalsDesign and run experiments using qualitative and quantitative research methods (customer interviews, cohort analysis, A/B testing)Define success metrics and measurement frameworks for product initiativesAnalytics & GrowthAnalyze user behavior across segments, cohorts and funnelsIdentify growth opportunities by analysing metric trees and performance driversStudy cause-and-effect relationships impacting key monetization KPIsCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Product, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success and Support teamsTranslate insights into clear product recommendations and development prioritiesIncorporate customer feedback into monetisation improvementsPartner Enablement & Go-to-MarketCreate pitch decks and presentation materials based on insights and hypothesesParticipate in partner meetings, presenting findings and recommendationsSupport go‑to‑market initiatives for monetisation solutionsRequirementsMust-Have3+ years of experience as a Game Producer, Product Owner or LiveOps ManagerStrong understanding of in‑game monetisation principles (mobile and/or PC)Solid knowledge of LiveOps mechanics and operational workflowsExperience working with product metrics, experimentation and hypothesis‑driven developmentStrong analytical skills and ability to make data‑driven decisionsAdvanced English (written and spoken)Practical experience with Agile / Scrum methodologiesAbility to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, evolving environmentSoft SkillsHigh ownership and accountabilityStructured thinking and strong communication skillsAbility to connect data insights with business impactComfortable working with multiple stakeholders and presenting findingsNice to HaveExperience in publishing or go‑to‑market rolesBackground in mobile monetisation at scaleExperience working closely with Business Development or Sales teamsStrong presentation and storytelling skillsWhat We OfferOpportunity to work on monetisation products used by leading game studios globallyDirect influence on revenue growth and product strategyCollaboration with experienced, international teamsExposure to large‑scale gaming commerce and LiveOps ecosystemsCompetitive compensation and benefitsFull‑time role with remote flexibility#J-18808-Ljbffr
