IO Interactive is currently seeking a **Technical Producer** to join **Project 007**, a new James Bond video game developed and published by IOI. This exciting project features an original Bond story, allowing players to experience the iconic Secret Agent's journey to earn their 00 status in the first James Bond origin story.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the intermediary between the tech team and game management group, closely collaborating with our Engine team.
- Consistently align and monitor the tech team's objectives to ensure full support for project priorities and requirements, in conjunction with the Engine Team’s Executive Producer and Technical Director.
- Engage in long-term planning and maintenance of the technology backlog, in collaboration with the Engine Team’s Technical Director.
- Manage short-term planning and track goals within the tech team, aligning with the tech team Leads.
- Oversee, coordinate, and validate builds and branches to ensure alignment with game timelines and milestones.
- Implement risk management strategies and monitor memory budget and performance at all production levels.
- Participate in the interview process for potential team members and contribute to the performance review process for existing employees.
- Identify workflow enhancements and production optimizations while monitoring and tracking technical certification requirements.
- Coordinate and manage requirements with external middleware providers.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Producer in software development.
- Profound knowledge of project management methods and software packages.
- Good understanding of general software development practices.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of system integration and version control.
- Experience with software defect tracking methods.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in English.
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
