Producer (Animation & Ai)

IO Interactive is currently looking for a **Producer (Animation & AI)** to join Project 007, a brand-new James Bond video game to be developed and published by IOI. Featuring a wholly original Bond story, players will step into the shoes of the world's favourite Secret Agent to earn their 00 status in the very first James Bond origin story.

As our new** Gameplay Animation and AI Producer,** you will play a crucial role in overseeing the production of captivating gameplay animations and intelligent AI systems. Reporting to the Lead Producer, you will collaborate closely with the Gameplay Director and Animation Director to ensure alignment with the project's vision and direction.

**What you will do**:

- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate the seamless execution of animation and AI development, driving teams towards milestone achievements.
- Identify and resolve dependencies between production areas, working closely with the Lead Producer to maintain project efficiency.
- Strive for the optimal balance between gameplay mechanics, narrative coherence, and visual quality while managing project scope and timelines.
- Monitor and mitigate risks and issues pertaining to animation and AI development, proactively seeking solutions to maintain project momentum.
- Define, plan, and execute animation and AI milestones in alignment with the project timeline and release schedule, managing resources and budget effectively.
- Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with project management to obtain approvals during key development milestones.

**Who You Are**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Producer on AAA game projects, with a focus on animation and/or AI.
- A proactive leader with meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of team dynamics and challenges.
- Passionate about crafting engaging and immersive game experiences, with a keen eye for what makes gameplay compelling.
- Driven to analyze, iterate, and optimize production processes continuously, seeking to improve efficiency and quality.
- Possess empathy and a strong sense of team morale, able to gauge and respond to the needs of the development team.
- Comprehensive understanding of the game production process, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and creative disciplines.
- Demonstrated ability to shape cohesive gameplay experiences, maintaining AAA standards throughout development.
- Proficient in workflow development, fostering seamless collaboration across animation, AI, and other relevant teams.
