We are at the forefront of customer engagement with the aim of building long term, profitable and sustainable relationships. We are a dynamic team who are integral to the business.The Impact You Will HaveReporting directly to the Large Corp Regional Distribution Team Leader, you will be expected to sell Allianz Commercial products and services to new and existing corporate clients, ensuring sustainable profitability. You will do this by proactively developing and fostering long-term sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, brokers and Allianz staff. You lead and mobilise key account teams to ensure Allianz performance and deliver client and broker satisfaction. You also act as navigator and door-opener for the team into the wider Allianz group organisation building collaborative relationships with our sister companies in the Group.Some of your specific responsibilities could include:Facilitating client and broker understanding of Allianz Commercial underwriting appetites and capabilitiesActing as "first port of call" solution provider and trusted advisor for all client accountsDeveloping strong relationships with brokers to create market opportunities and collaborate efficiently on key accountsDriving remedial actions where necessary, eg. large claims, IISLiaising with internal and external stakeholders to identify suitable pipeline clientsProactively leading and coordinating bids for key client acquisition with broker supportDeveloping in-depth client and industry expertiseDriving Strategic Account PlanningDeveloping compelling individual value propositions for key people involved in the buying decisionWhat You’ll Bring to the RoleBased close to Madrid or Barcelona, you have substantial experience in an Underwriting or Business Development role in industrial / specialty insurance business and have demonstrated that you foster long-term, profitable relationships at senior level with brokers and clients. You also bring:Significant experience delivering success in an analytical role (eg. sales or finance controlling)Successful track record prospecting new clients in the industrial and specialty insurance segmentProven ability to analyse highly complex data, from multiple sources, in detailProblem resolution and anticipationAbility to negotiate and to manage conflicting priorities of various partiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsKnowledge of Salesforce CRM / PowerBiNative-level Spanish and fluent business EnglishWhat’s in it for you?Let’s care about everything that makes you, youWe are committed to nurturing an inclusive environment where everyone feels they belong.
