Type: Contract (Part‑time, Remote) Compensation: Competitive (hourly / per task) Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Build, operate, and enhance integrated 3‑statement financial models, operating models, and short‑term cash flow projections. Lead valuation analyses, including DCF with WACC build‑outs, trading comparables, and precedent transaction analysis. Develop and refine deal models such as base LBOs, merger models, and accretion/dilution frameworks. Design and evaluate industry‑specific models, including sale‑leaseback, REIT conversion, and NAV structures. Support complex and bespoke transactions such as RMTs, spin‑offs, carve‑outs, and IP licensing arrangements. Conduct advanced due diligence, including unit economics analysis, cohort trend evaluation, and vertical‑specific deep dives. Review and evaluate AI‑generated financial models and analyses for accuracy, logic, and real‑world applicability. Translate real‑world financial modeling workflows into structured AI training scenarios and datasets. Communicate modeling assumptions, outputs, and strategic implications clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Requirements Strong experience in financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring within investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, growth equity, or strategic finance environments. Expert command of integrated financial models, DCF analysis, LBOs, M&A modeling, and industry‑specific frameworks. Proven capability in supporting high‑stakes transactions and bespoke financial analyses. Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to data integrity, assumptions, and scenario testing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex financial concepts. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote, high‑performance environment.
