**Procurement Manager - Professional Services - Fully Remote**

An international software company has a new vacancy for an experienced Procurement Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. Fully remote role. 12 month contract. Excellent culture of collaboration and inclusivity.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Sourcing & Supplier Management**:

- Lead the procurement process for professional services categories, including identifying and selecting suppliers, issuing RFPs (Request for Proposals), evaluating bids, and negotiating contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key service providers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and performance expectations.
- Develop and execute supplier performance reviews to ensure service levels and contract terms are met.
- ** Contract Negotiation**:

- Lead the negotiation of terms, pricing, and service levels for professional services contracts.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and legal teams to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Ensure contracts are structured to protect the organization’s interests and deliver optimal value.
- ** Cost Management & Strategy Development**:

- Monitor and manage professional services spend, ensuring the procurement strategy aligns with the company's overall financial goals.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies through vendor consolidation, strategic sourcing, and continuous process improvement.
- Implement best practices and standardized processes for procurement activities related to professional services.
- ** Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration**:

- Partner with internal teams, including legal, finance, and department heads, to understand business requirements and recommend sourcing solutions that align with organizational needs.

**Requirements**:

- 6+ years’ experience in a Procurement / Sourcing role, ideally with a global software company or related.
- Expert in Procurement for a range of Professional Services, e.g., Payroll, Consulting, Marketing, Accounting, HR.
- Third level qualification.
