Associate Consultant (SAP Logistics & Supply Chain) SAP PROJECT MANAGER We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to take full ownership of a large, complex SAP programme. This role requires a senior leader who can drive delivery, manage cross‑functional teams, and ensure the project is executed to scope, budget, timeline, and quality. Key Responsibilities Lead a major SAP delivery end‑to‑end, taking over an active programme and driving it to completion. Finalise planning, execution approach, milestones, and delivery roadmap. Manage and coordinate multiple functional and technical work‑streams. Oversee integration, build activities, testing cycles, cut‑over planning, and deployment. Ensure requirements, specifications, and designs are complete, accurate, and aligned across all teams. Run project governance: reporting, control, documentation, stage‑gates, and risk/issue management. Manage suppliers, internal stakeholders, and senior leadership expectations. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, delivery methodology, and quality standards. Lead project resources across internal teams and external partners. Provide clear communication across senior stakeholders and executive audiences. Oversee IT budget, contracts, and resourcing. Drive team motivation, accountability, and effective delivery across a matrix organisation. Required Experience 10+ years of Project / Programme Management experience. Experience managing delivery involving SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, WM/EWM, and related functional areas. Strong background delivering SAP ERP programmes in complex environments. Experience with SAP solution delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Hybrid, Agile). Strong understanding of cross‑functional SAP processes (procurement, sales, finance, master data, logistics). Experienced in managing multi‑stream SAP implementations and in‑flight project takeovers. Confident managing large teams, senior stakeholders, and external suppliers. Skilled in risk, issue, dependency, and budget management. Able to challenge and guide both business and IT teams. Experience with organisational change and business engagement.
