The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA solutions, and proven experience managing large-scale ERP projects across multiple business units.Job Role/ Position name: SAP S/4HANA senior project managerSeniority level (New entry/ Intermmidiate/ Advanced/ Specialist/Expert/ Senior/ Supervisor/Manager/Master): SeniorRequired experience (number of years)/certifications: >10 years SAP project management,PMP, SAP Activate certificationSkills required (must have): "Minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP project management, with at least 3 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules and integration points.Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Manage full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goalsAct as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project.Facilitate workshops and meetings with business and technical teams.Lead cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and business analysts.Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.Resolve project issues promptly to minimize impact on timelines and budgets.Budget & Resource Management: Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and cost control.Ensure compliance with contractual and financial requirements.Quality Assurance: Oversee testing phases, data migration, and cutover activities.Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project governance standards.SAP Activate certifiedSpanish native and Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus."Additional skills required (nice to have): PMP, PRINCE2 certification highly desirable.Requirements (other):1st Language (level): Spanish2nd Language (level): English professional working (fluent)Proceso ágil:Participación en entrevista telefónica y entrevista onlineSalario: en función experiencia aportadaVentajas Ioon:23 días laborables de vacaciones al añoPrograma de Retribución Flexible (cheques guardería, tarjeta transporte, seguro médico).Formación continua:Acceso gratuito a plataforma openwebinars y €350 de presupuesto para tu propia formación (no canjeable, no acumulable)Medidas de conciliación (horario flexible, teletrabajo, jornada intensiva los viernes y en verano según proyecto).Posibilidad de hacer coaching a compañeros o participar en hackathons donde la marca tiene presenciaEstabilidad y carrera profesional.Plan de compensación de referencias internas.
