Sales & Finance Administration Specialist

You’ll play a key role between the Sales and Finance teams: your mission will be to manage client invoicing, optimize internal processes, and maintain smooth communication with both our clients and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities Issue client invoices based on CRM data and signed contracts Ensure accurate and consistent follow-up on invoicing and customer accounts Respond to client billing inquiries (in French and English) via the dedicated mailbox Collaborate closely with the Sales team to guarantee smooth customer file management Implement and improve billing processes to increase efficiency and support scalability Cash Collection Management Track and facilitate client payments using dedicated tools Analyze and manage the aging balance to maintain clear visibility over cash flow Work closely with financial controlling to ensure reliable revenue tracking Tools You’ll Work With Salesforce Xero Pennylane Upflow Chargebee Your Profile You already have at least 2 years of experience in sales administration You’re fluent in French and English, both written and spoken You have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working with different teams You’re organized, detail-oriented, and autonomous You’re curious, proactive, and solution-driven, thriving in a fast-changing environment You enjoy working in international and collaborative contexts Recruitment Process HR screen with our Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (15 min) Hiring Manager Interview with our Finance Revenue Lead (30 min) Practical test Interview with our CFO or a Founder We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
