En Rubricae estamos buscando un Sales Manager (Perfil Hunter) puro para liderar la captación de nuevo negocio. Buscamos a alguien con energía, sin miedo al "no" y con ambición de superar objetivos. Tu Misión: Identificar, contactar y conquistar nuevas empresas que necesitan digitalizar sus procesos legales y de firma. Tu foco será el New Business . ¿Qué harás? Prospección activa de mercado (Red de contactos, llamada en frío, LinkedIn, Networking). Gestión del ciclo de venta completo: desde la primera reunión hasta el cierre del contrato. Negociación con decisores C-Level (CEOs, Directores Financieros, Legales RRHH). Cumplimiento y superación de objetivos trimestrales de facturación. Requisitos: ADN Cazador: Te mueves por objetivos y resultados. Experiencia en ventas B2B (valorable en venta consultiva o SaaS). Alta capacidad de resiliencia y negociación. Cartera de contactos o experiencia en sectores como Banca, Entidades Financieras, Seguros o RRHH es un plus. Ofrecemos: Un esquema de comisiones muy atractivo y sin techo.
