Necesitamos satisfacer tanto a clientes firmados como a los que están en fases previas a la firma del contrato. Las funciones serán: Seguimiento diario de las tareas de los equipos involucrados en la satisfacción del cliente: asegurarse de que se cierran a tiempo y la persona a cargo la está documentando debidamente Reportar al CEO y alertar de cualquier riesgo de insatisfacción del cliente Ayudar en el reporte a inversores con un resumen mensual Explicar a los clientes existentes nuevas funcionalidades Sueldo y condiciones Una vez asentado este puesto, la persona habrá adquirido un conocimiento muy amplio y con mucho detalle de lo que hacemos en la empresa, por lo que nos gustaría que realizara tareas de comunicación.
