Smadex is a leading advertising technology company founded in Barcelona in 2011 and sold to American-based and stock-listed Entravision in 2018 (NYSE::EVC). We are currently considered one of the top mobile ad-tech companies in the world.
We are looking for ambitious individuals whose ultimate motivation is to learn the most advanced technologies used in the ad-tech industry by the likes of Google and Facebook and to help us become the biggest mobile programmatic advertising platform in the world.
To help us maintain our strong position in the industry, we are looking for a Client Growth Manager to lead and develop a portfolio of clients across Europe. This position is ideally based in Barcelona, although candidates based in London will also be considered.
Your mission:
The final candidate will be the first point of contact for all clients, focusing on growing partnerships daily. This includes monitoring the performance of our user acquisition campaigns, optimizing towards clients' KPIs, and overachieving them. You will be responsible for finding key business development initiatives to grow your portfolio. The right candidate will be keen to work in a team, analytically strong, and have a problem-solving attitude.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Build and manage strategic partnerships within your portfolio.
- Identify growth opportunities and execute them to achieve goals.
- Enable decision-making with a data-driven strategy and valuable insights.
- Translate complex data analysis into simple language for clear communications.
- Offer new product features aligned with customers’ business stage.
- Lead client meetings and regular business reviews.
- Represent Entravision & Smadex externally and sell our in-house mobile advertising solution.
Skills and requirements:
- 1+ years of mobile experience managing mobile performance-based user acquisition campaigns on programmatic is a MUST.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to develop strong relationships with clients in English is a MUST.
- Analytical, with a deep understanding of cohort analysis and customer acquisition metrics including ROAS, CPM, IPM, CPI, CPA.
- Strong understanding of the mobile app industry: actors, media-buying, sellers, suppliers, MMPs.
- Proactive, disciplined, and highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a timely manner.
- Positive attitude, passion for Apps, and a love for problem-solving.
