Responsabilidades:
- Servicio al cliente y coordinación de las reparaciones de mantenimientos preventivos y/o daños de la flota
- Tramitación de expedientes de Asistencia en Carretera y de Siniestros
- Tramitación del proceso de Ordenes de trabajo (W.O) y de Compra (P.O.) a través del Software de Gestión de Flota
- Seguimiento del proceso de reparación: negociación de presupuestos, auditoría de calidades y gestión de garantías en colaboración con el departamento técnico
- Coordinación de Reservas con cliente y Dpto de Activos
- Análisis de desviaciones del presupuesto asignado y elaboración de previsiones mensuales/trimestrales
- Extracción de reportes estándar y ad hoc para revisiones internas y para clientes
- Gestión de Clientes: seguimiento de “compliance” de las cuentas asignadas y aplicación de importes a refacturar
- Elaboración de reportes para mantener reuniones con los clientes sobre seguimiento de KPIs (indicadores clave de rendimiento)
- Aplicación equitativa de las distintas modalidades contractuales en conjunción con el Dpto. Comercial
- Generación e identificación de oportunidades de negocio a través de las conversaciones con el cliente
Requisitos:
- Experiencia laboral en Dpto. de Operaciones o de Compras (3 años mínimo) y en negociación tanto con clientes como con proveedores
- Nivel alto de inglés (especialmente conversación fluida) es indispensable
- Conocimientos en Mecánica de Vehículo Industrial
- Experiencia en Dpto Customer Service
- Experiencia en el sector del transporte y la logística
- Automotivado y acostumbrado a trabajar por resultados y comprometido con el objetivo asignado
- Capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas para ofrecer soluciones de valor añadido a nuestros clientes
- Comprometido, que creas en el trabajo y en tu valor dentro de la empresa
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y participar para conseguir un beneficio común
