Your Mission

As the Head of Growth at DQE, you will be responsible for the overall lead acquisition strategy, with a focus on driving growth both in France and internationally. Your mission is to generate high-quality leads for our sales teams, Business Development Representatives (BDRs), and reseller partners.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Lead Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute a multi-channel lead generation strategy (SEO, SEA, paid ads, etc.) aimed at driving international growth.
  • Ad Campaign Management: Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms like SalesforceBEN, LinkedIn, and Google, with a focus on monitoring KPIs and maximizing ROI.
  • Marketplace Engagement: Ensure visibility and promotion of DQE across key marketplaces, including Salesforce AppExchange, G2, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and Alibaba Cloud.
  • Collaboration with Sales and Alliances Teams : Work closely with sales alliances teams and BDRs to align lead generation efforts with revenue goals and provide insights on lead quality and volume.
  • Channel co-marketing : Coordinate lead generation initiatives with reseller partners and support them in qualifying leads and developing their sales pipelines.
  • Strategic Partnerships : Coordinate lead generation initiatives with ISV partners through campaigns, webinars and events.
  • Analytics Reporting : Track, analyse, and report on campaign and channel performance, continuously identifying areas for improvement and the ability to extract key insights to adjust strategies.
  • Managing our external service providers.
  • Depending on your interests and experience, a managerial role may be considered
