About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Officer to join our team at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center. As a key member of our International Partnership team, you will play a crucial role in exploring opportunities for international collaborations and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and explore potential international partnerships aligned with our objectives and interests.
  • Organize meetings and conference calls with potential partners.
  • Draft collaboration proposals and respond to funding agency requests.
  • Support the Team Leader in project activities and coordinate consortium meetings.
  • Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with internal and external authorities.
  • Liaise with other BSC departments to incubate and run international and EU-funded projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managerial roles in international projects.
  • Proven ability to draft proposals and respond to funding agency requests.
  • Experience in organizing and running international events.
