We are looking for a talented Project Management Officer to join our team in Barcelona and Toulouse. As a PMO, you will play a critical role in supporting the planning and execution of our projects, connecting the commercial, technical, and management teams.


About your role:

As a PMO, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing operational and methodological support to the Project Manager in decision-making.
  • Identifying and anticipating risks and opportunities linked to the project.
  • Supporting project team members with documentation tracking and quality review.
  • Holding Preplanning Meetings.
  • Following up on project execution, compiling data, and consolidating reporting.
  • Supporting the Project Manager in the management of project risks.

What you need to be successful:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of project management experience with technical and/or R&D projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, as well as MS SharePoint.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Capable of working in a highly international environment with high flexibility.
  • Fluent in English (Spanish and/or French is a plus).
  • Travel availability.
