Key Responsibilities- Develop and improve campaigns with Google Ads to meet sales targets
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to understand their needs and goals
- Handle a large volume of potential customers via phone calls
- Maintain relationships with existing customer base while building new customer base
- Record outbound call history and customers' responses in detail
- Ensure customer follow-up and monitor competitors' products or services
- Native-level German language skills
- Fluent English language skills (B2)
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in sales and/or online advertising
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communication (plus)
- Experience with CRM and computer handling skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Service-oriented, professional, and thorough
