The Job As a sales and marketing specialist at Job Squad, you'll be responsible for developing and improving campaigns with Google Ads. Your daily tasks will include: * Understanding customer needs and goals * Handling a high volume of potential customers via outbound phone calls * Maintaining a database of customers with complete information * Building relationships with existing customers while acquiring new ones * Recording outbound call history and customer responses * Ensuring customer follow-up and monitoring competitors' products or services You'll need to possess strong negotiation skills, be service-oriented, and have excellent problem-solving skills. Your Qualifications * Native-level German and fluent English (B2) * Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in sales and/or online advertising * BA/BS degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communication (a plus) * Experience with CRM and computer handling skills * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Passion for online display advertising We offer a competitive salary package, bonus system, development opportunities, and a hybrid work model in Barcelona.
