Job Description

As a Platform Engineer at Nexthink, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and evolving our Data Infrastructure, following modern cloud-native best practices. You will work closely with Architecture, Product Engineering, and Security teams to ensure seamless integration and scalability.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop cloud-native infrastructure solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and scalability of the Data Infrastructure.
  • Contribute to the development of tooling and automation frameworks for provisioning and scaling the infrastructure.
  • Monitor and observe the platform, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Manage incidents and respond to issues, owning the post-mortem process to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • BSc or MSc in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, or Site Reliability Engineer.
  • Experience with distributed systems, streaming technologies, and database cluster deployment.
  • Strong knowledge of monitoring solutions, cloud-based platforms, and infrastructure as code.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and collaborative mindset.
