Marketing Specialist, Southern EU

At Checkout.com, we're on a mission to enable businesses and their communities to thrive in the digital economy. As a Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in driving revenue growth and brand awareness in the Southern EU region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, cross-channel marketing plan for the Southern EU region, focusing on customer-centric brand, demand-generation, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts.
  • Co-create and execute region-specific marketing campaigns, emphasizing diversified ABM execution (1:1, 1:few, 1:many).
  • Execute initiatives tailored for valued clients, showcasing success stories, developing case studies, and conducting interviews with leaders in the payments industry.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative marketing strategies, exploring new approaches and supporting experimentation to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving market landscape.
  • Use regional insights to develop personalized sales assets, ensuring alignment with our product propositions and the unique needs of key accounts.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of regional events and field marketing activities, ensuring they align with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Use tools such as Looker, Pardot, Salesforce, 6sense, and Google Analytics to measure the impact and ROI of marketing activities, and turn insights into actionable strategies.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in strategic B2B marketing, with a background in payments, fintech, or related sectors, and account-based marketing.
  • Experience across multiple marketing channels, including content creation, events, social media, PR, digital marketing, email campaigns, and more.
  • Proactive problem-solving, project management, and data-driven mindset, with experience using marketing technology tools for performance tracking and ROI analysis.
  • Innovation mindset, ability to explore new strategies, and support the execution of new ideas.
  • Collaborative team player, enthusiastic about contributing to a dynamic team, and collaborating effectively with colleagues worldwide to achieve impactful results.
