Asset Maintenance Planner

At A.P. Moller - Maersk, we are seeking a highly skilled Asset Maintenance Planner Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance function, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with maintenance program review and follow-up to ensure effective planning and execution.
- Plan and schedule work orders for the Maintenance Department, including spare parts, costs, services, personnel, tools, and action schedules.
- Ensure adherence to maintenance planning processes and standards.
- Support Equipment Managers in planning and executing work, developing management and analysis tools.
- Accountable for Asset Maintenance metrics and reporting.
- Develop, maintain, and update digital tools supporting processes, metrics, and reporting within the Asset Maintenance Function.
- Liaise with the IT Department for the development of departmental reporting.
Critical Competencies:
- Higher education in Data Science, Engineering, or Computer Engineering, with a postgraduate specialization in software development or Data Science.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively.
- Attention to detail and planning skills.
- Ability to learn mechanical and electrical tasks.
- Interpretation of technical documentation.
- Project management skills.
- Knowledge or ability to learn and manage procurement and inventory processes.
- Strong IT program skills, preferably in Python, Web/APP development, and Microsoft Studio.
- Ability to learn new IT tools in accordance with new developments and group policies.
- Knowledge of Power BI, MicroStrategy, or other reporting data tools.
- Databases and SQL language.
- Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention is a plus.
- Fluent in Spanish and a good command of English (B2 minimum).
