Asset Maintenance Planner Analyst

About the Role:

The Asset Maintenance Planner Analyst is a key member of our team, responsible for planning and executing maintenance activities to ensure the optimal performance of our assets. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with maintenance program review and follow-up to ensure seamless execution of maintenance activities.
  • Plan and execute work orders for the Maintenance Department, ensuring all necessary resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain digital tools to support maintenance planning processes, metrics, and reporting.
  • Act as a liaison with the IT Department to develop and implement reporting solutions.
  • Manage the implementation of tools and IT solutions in collaboration with the IT Department.

Requirements:

  • Higher education in Data Science/Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other University Degrees with a postgraduate specialization in software development or Data Science.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Attention to detail and planning skills.
  • Ability to learn mechanical and electrical tasks.
  • Interpretation of technical documentation.
  • Project management skills.
  • Knowledge or ability to learn and manage procurement and inventory processes.
  • Strong IT program skills preferably in Python, Web/APP development, Microsoft Studio.
  • Ability to learn new IT tools in accordance with new developments and group policies affecting the position responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, MicroStrategy, or other reporting data tools.
  • Databases and SQL language.
  • Fluent in Spanish and a good command of English (B2 minimum).
