About the Role

As a Global Community & Roll-out Manager for Transportation Solutions at Siemens Energy, you will play a key role in leading global roll-out projects for transportation management solutions, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies. You will coordinate and mentor a team of Community & Roll-out Experts across different regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead global roll-out projects for transportation management solutions, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies.
  • Coordinate and mentor a team of Community & Roll-out Experts across different regions.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers for transportation solutions to understand product roadmaps, gather user feedback, and advocate for enhancements based on user needs.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize transportation processes and leverage technology-driven solutions.
  • Establish and nurture a global community of transportation solution users, facilitating knowledge sharing, best practice dissemination, and user training programs.
  • Coordinate with external roll-out partners, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders and promote adoption of transportation solutions.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of Community & Roll-out Experts, coordinating their activities, ensuring consistency in approach, and fostering a collaborative working environment.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in leading global projects, with a focus on transportation management solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working closely with product managers and external partners to drive solution enhancements and successful roll-outs.
  • Ability to drive organizational change and promote digital adoption among stakeholders.
  • Experience in mentoring and coordinating teams of experts across different regions.
  • Highly valued for this role: experience in logistics or transportation.
