Job Description

We are seeking a talented Health Communication Specialist to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our healthcare communications team, you will be responsible for delivering strategic and well-thought-out integrated communications programs that drive results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture client relationships and develop comprehensive strategic communications plans that meet their business objectives.
  • Work closely with team members and clients to identify opportunities to deliver greater impact and results.
  • Mentor and train junior colleagues to deliver best-in-class consulting services.
  • Stay current on industry trends, media relationships, and competitors to develop innovative communications solutions.
  • Act as a day-to-day client leader and maintain clear communication channels between the client and the team.
  • Oversee quality implementation for a group of accounts within time and budget constraints.
  • Support the identification of new business opportunities and participate in new business brainstorms.
Requirements
  • Passion for health communication and a strong understanding of the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in social media channels, trends, and analytical tools.
